About Me

Samantha began doing yoga in 2003, after an injury to her hip and shoulder in a very intense "boot camp" type program at her gym. At first she was just looking for a workout she could do without pain, when she discovered the benefits of yoga and it blossomed into a way of life for her. In 2006 she began training to become a teacher and has been teaching ever since March 2007. Samantha has a passion for helping people grow and thrive in their lives and yoga practice. "I love helping people grow and move past their limitations or rehabilitate their injuries. I push people to the edge of their ability safely and with tons of encouragement."

Samantha currently holds her 500 hour Master Certification in Yoga, and a certification in Thai Yoga.
She has well over 2000 hours of teaching classes. She also teaches workshops on Chakras, meditation, alignment, and more. She has also has extensive experience doing private sessions, helping clients with everything from coping with cancer, stress management, back injuries, and much more.

As a Yoga Instructor Samantha has learned that her success is contingent on relationships. Samantha believes it is important to get to know students, listen carefully to their needs, and provide them with a supportive and exceptional experience.

As a Studio Manager Samantha has had to handle various issues such as setting up systems, dealing with client issues, and problem solving. I had to learn new skills, software programs and more as I went. I also had to be well organized, self motivated and task oriented to get all aspects of her job done in a timely manner.

Samantha has two sweet energetic sons, two adorable dogs, a wonderful husband, Steve and resides in Las Vegas Nevada. When she is not doing yoga you might find her walking her dogs, spending time with family, meditating or camping.
