Samantha offers private yoga therapy sessions. She has been doing yoga since 2004 and teaching yoga since 2007. She is a 500 hour master certified yoga instructor. 

If you have a specific issue you would like to work on Yoga Therapy could help. Yoga therapy can help with many different problems (projects). Privates sessions can help you take your yoga practice further, breaking barriers, and help rehab injuries.  Yoga Therapy uses yoga poses, meditation, sound, philosophy and more to heal the mind body and soul.
